The narrative films and paintings of Rachel Maclean (* 1987, UK) are appealing, comical, and highly unsettling at the same time. Drawing on pop-cultural imagery and content, her works question social contexts, political systems, consumer behaviour, or phenomena of the digital world. Maclean now presents her latest video work - DUCK - a deepfake British spy thriller starring Sean Connery and Marilyn Monroe. It will be shown as part of a multi-part installation that invites visitors into the world of the film.
