Michael Ullrich studied photography and graphic design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Nuremberg under Juergen Teller, among others. Inspired by music, art and pop culture, Ullrich succeeds in expressing roughness and harshness on the one hand and hidden beauty and elegance on the other in a unique way in his works, which include photography, video and painting. It is always characterized by his very intimate view, which is also made possible by the fact that people from his private environment often act in front of his camera. The work I have all the time to make you mine shows the artist himself getting a nude tan in a tanning salon. The title suggests that the figure intends to sizzle under the artificial sunlight until the viewer is completely absorbed by him.
